Why I started my own plumbing business
I began my independent plumbing business after years working for larger firms where jobs were rushed and customers rarely spoke to the same person twice. I wanted to offer something different: a straightforward, personal service where you always know who is walking through your door.
Today I work directly with homeowners, landlords and small businesses, handling every job myself — from the first message to the final check of the taps.
